We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or logistical challenges.

A product cannot be exchanged or returned once the order is placed but in some cases we provide an exchange policy only over valid reasons once reviewed by our team. Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags intact.
Custom made orders are not applicable for exchange and return but size alterations can be requested.
